Where to start
You don't have to call twenty homes alone. One local advisor already knows every licensed care home in Spokane County — the prices, the current openings, and what the state inspectors found. Tell us what's happening once, and we do the searching.
The process
How it works
Call or message us.
Tell us about your parent — care needs, budget, area, and how soon. You'll reach Nick, not a call center. If he's on another call, he'll call you back — usually within the hour.
Nick calls the homes that fit.
Each fits your parent's needs and budget — with real monthly prices, current openings, and the home's latest state inspection explained in plain words.
Tour together, when you're ready.
Nick meets you there and asks the questions families don't know to ask. No pressure, no deadline.
How we work
One local expert. Not a national call center.
Call a national referral line and your phone number can be sent to a dozen facilities at once — then the sales calls start. We work the opposite way. You talk to one Spokane advisor who knows every licensed home in the county. Your number stays private. A home only hears from you after you choose to tour it.

A note from Nick
Hi, I'm Nick. I started Spokane Senior Home Advisors because no family should have to find a safe place for their mom or dad by cold-calling homes one at a time. I keep a verified list of every licensed care home in the county, and I'll walk this with you personally — from the first call to move-in day.

Common questions
Questions Spokane families ask
Is it really free — how do you get paid?
Yes, it's free to your family. The care home pays us a referral fee after a successful private-pay move-in, and it's the same amount no matter which home you choose — so our recommendation is never swayed by money. Full details are on our disclosure page.
What if my parent is on Medicaid?
Washington law doesn't allow placement fees on state-funded placements — so we help Medicaid families for free. We point you to the right resources and the homes that accept Medicaid, no strings attached.
How fast can this happen?
Nick calls the homes that fit — who has a bed, the real price, the latest inspection — and walks the visits with you. If it's urgent, say so on the call and Nick will move as fast as you need. There's no deadline from us — you set the pace.
What kind of care and which areas do you cover?
Every licensed adult family home in Spokane County — all 612 — plus local assisted living communities. Small homes and larger communities, across the whole county. You see the options that actually fit, not just the ones that advertise.
Do I have to give my information to see homes?
You can simply call and talk it through first. When you're ready, sharing a few details lets us match homes to your parent's real needs — and your number is never sold or shared.
