How We're Paid — Written Disclosure
Spokane Senior Home Advisors is an elder and vulnerable adult referral agency serving Spokane County, Washington. Washington law (RCW 18.330) requires us to give every family this disclosure in writing before we make any referral. This page is the public version; you will also receive a copy directly.
What we do
A needs assessment, a shortlist of licensed adult family homes matched to your parent, tours together, help with paperwork, move-in coordination, and check-ins after move-in.
Our fee
Our fee is paid by the care home, never by your family. It is approximately one month's rent at the home you choose, and it is due only after your parent moves in and takes financial responsibility. Families never pay us anything.
Refunds
If the resident dies, is hospitalized, or moves out within the first 30 days, Washington law (RCW 18.330.090) requires the home to receive a prorated refund of our fee. This never costs your family anything.
Your rights
There is no contract and no exclusivity. You can stop working with us at any time, at no charge. We show every licensed home in Spokane County whether or not it pays us.
